Last summer, I had the good fortune of attending Leanna's artisan bread-making class. Leanna is a master teacher who combines great enthusiasm with a kind and generous spirit.

I learned the art of making scrumptious, healthy, and nutritious bread. Since then, I've made this bread almost weekly. Bread is so good, I relish eating it everyday. I truly hope thousands more can learn to make, and enjoy, her fermented, artisan breads.

My family of 5 did not want to give up bread but we didn't feel full or good even when eating sprouted organic or gluten free bread. Leanna's bread is an answer to prayer! We've been eating her bread for 6 months and we not only feel full and good, the bread is easy to make and delicious! We have stronger gut health, we need less vitamin supplements, and my kids eat it plain and don't ask for as much junk food.
