Fresh Cultured or Sourdough Bread For Everyone
Welcome to my page and to the world of cultured baked goods! I believe cultured (or Sourdough) bread is the future of the bread. It is not your regular quick bread by any means. It is healthy and delicious.
I educate people why they should ferment their bread and teach them how to make it at home. I make it easy with my method that I brought to perfection in almost 10 years of baking.

Any baked goods can and
should be cultured
Sourdough bread is not the only kind of cultured bread. Any bread, either it is wheat, 7-grain, herb, raisin nut or apple bread, can be cultured. Even biscuits, banana bread and caramel rolls as well as pancakes, waffles, porridges and even crispy waffle cones can be cultured for our health benefits.
